Comfortably sized and stylishly decorated, the bedrooms in A & V Sea View Villa offer convenience and lifestyle luxury. On the first level the luxurious main bedroom with its queen size bed offers plentiful relaxation moments. On this floor, a bathroom is also located. The two bedrooms on the top level, with a king size bed each, create an elegant living space that opens onto private balconies with panoramic views. On the same level, a cozy bathroom is stocked daily with designer brand amenities. The lower level is an independent guesthouse, with an elegant bedroom with a queen size bed. It also offers a petit living room with a large sofa that can be transformed into two twin beds. A spacious bathroom with a washing machine completes the comforts of the guesthouse. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV.

A & V Sea View Villa offers an outspread and comfortable living room that
constantly allures the guests to sit back and relax. A palatial dining area with a
monastery style table attracts everyone to enjoy rich and delicious meals from
local, fresh products and share their taste experiences. The fully equipped kitchen
with its open style atmosphere, makes cooking a really pleasant experience,
providing also a view to the gardens. Our rich and delicious, freshly served
breakfast will provide you with the energy to spend a day exploring and
discovering the beauties of Santorini.
The Swimming Pool and the Gardens
A wide private swimming pool stands in the front of A & V Sea View Villa. At its
surroundings, there is an outstanding gazebo for special relaxation moments, as well as
sun loungers and superb design umbrellas. Additionally, guests can enjoy the unique
Mediterranean sun while lying in the two loungers that are built into the pool!
The main outdoor sitting area, right next to the pool, has a huge outdoor sofa, making it the ideal spot for enjoying homemade refreshments under the shade.
In a separate spot of the villa’s splendid gardens, the guests can enjoy memorable evening
moments in a modern sitting area with an impressive artificial fireplace. In the same way
that fire has always been the heart of people’s gatherings, relaxing in this unique corner of the villa is guaranteed to bring everybody closer.
At the centre of the gardens, you can find a royal cabana with a king-size bed, plenty of pillows and modern lighting. The guests can live it up, either while sunbathing during the day or gazing at the numerous stars at night.
